摘要
随着肿瘤免疫、基因技术及分子生物学技术的迅速发展,免疫治疗已经成为头颈部肿瘤治疗应用前景较广的一种方法。免疫治疗能激发和增强机体的免疫机能,从而杀伤肿瘤细胞或抑制其生长。目前用于头颈部肿瘤的免疫治疗方法包括细胞因子疗法、单克隆抗体偶联物疗法、免疫基因治疗、肿瘤疫苗等。本文就上述免疫治疗方法在头颈部肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
