摘要
高校师资人才资源管理与开发战略应分为三个层次:生存战略、提升战略与迎接知识经济战略。高校生存是基础,是近期目标;提升是中期目标,迎接知识经济的挑战则是长期目标;高校师资人才资源管理与开发战略在各个阶段既有共同点,也有相性的区别。高校要根据自身现状与所处发展阶段,确定当前的战略,同时又必须高瞻远瞩,把目前的战略与长远、根本的战略结合起来,这样才能高效、快速地建立起一支适应知识革命需要的师资人才队伍。
This paper analyzes the three stages and levels of the strategies for the development of faculty in the universities,i. e. existence strategy, promoting strategy and strategy for knowledge economy. Existence is the base for a university, therefore the existence strategy is the urgent and nearest term aim ; promoting strategy is the medium term aim, and correspondently strategy for the knowledge economy is the long term aim. For the universities although their aims at different periods have the same jobs,at the same time certainly different fundamentals. The universities should take corresponding methods and measures to deal with their requirements of construction.
