摘要 成人教育生态学的研究不仅可以丰富成人教育的基本理论,而且为成人教育的发展开辟了新的生长点,更进一步促进成人教育的可持续发展。运用生态学原理研究成人教育主体与生态环境的结合,最终使成人学员个体或群体在终身教育和学习过程中处于和谐的生态平衡。 With the development of the highly differentiated and integrated modern subjects, adult education should try to analyze its interaction with the society, the adults and the environments as well. The proposal of adult educational ecology will greatly enhance the competitiveness of adult education confronting the new developing opportunity, enlarge its researching fields, exploit its new growth point and promote its sustainable development. This article tries to explore the adaptability of adult education and ecology, puts forward the related problems and examines the developing prospects of adult educational ecology.
