摘要
以190名常州公办高职院校2007年入职的教师为被试,从择业动机、职业兴趣、职业价值观三方面探讨了新教师的职业心理动力状况,在此基础上提出激发新教师职业心理动力的一些建议与对策。
This research discusses the occupational motility of the new teachers from three perspectives, motive of occupational choice, occupational interest, occupational sense of worth, taking 190 new teachers who started work in changzhou higher vocational college in 2007 as samples. And then comes some suggestions and strategies for blazing new teachers' professional motive of psychology.
