高职学生学习倦怠与学业自我效能感及社会支持的关系研究 被引量:53

摘要 目的探讨高职学生学习倦怠与学业自我效能感受的关系,为预防和干预学习倦怠心理提供理论依据。方法分层整群抽取河南省3所职业技术学院的一、二年级高职学生546名,采用自编高职学生学习倦怠问卷,社会支持评定量表,学业自我效能感问卷对其进行测量。结果高职学生存在一定程度的学习倦怠心理,并且学习倦怠与学业自我效能感、社会支持存在极显著相关。结论提高高职学生的学业自我效能感,增加其社会支持,可以预防和减轻学习倦怠。 Objective To explore the correlation between higher vocational college student's learning-burnout and learning self-efficacy and social supports and get information for the prevention and intervention of learning burnout. Methods The self-made questionnaire, Academic self-efficacy scale and SSRS were conducted in 546 higher vocational college students selected from three vocational college in Henan province by stratified cluster sampling. Results There is some degree of learning burnout in higher vocational college student. Significant correlation existed between higher vocational college student's learning burnout and learning self-efficacy and social support (P〈0.01), Conclusion To prevent and release higher vocational college student's learning burnout, efforts should be made to enhance the self-efficacy of college students and social supports in higher vocational college students.
