溃疡菌对杨树细胞壁中HRGP和木质素的诱导作用 被引量:13

摘要 溃疡菌(DothiorelagregariaSac.)侵染能诱发杨树细胞壁中富含羟脯氨酸糖蛋白(HRGP)的积累和木质素的沉积。不同品种间HRGP和木质素的积累量存在着差异,并与品种的抗病性呈正相关。抗病品种毛白杨细胞壁中HRGP和木质素的含量明显高于感病品种北京杨。受溃疡菌侵染后杨树细胞壁中HRGP的积累与木质素的沉积在时间进程上表现出了明显的同步性。由此可以认为,HRGP的积累和细胞壁的木质化与杨树对溃疡病的抗性反应有关。 Accumulation of hydroxyproline-rich glycoprotein (HRGP) and lignin in cell wall of poplar callus resulted from the infection of Dothiorella gregaria. Accumulation of HRGP and deposition of lignin in cell wall was markedly different between resistant and susceptible cultivars,and it was positively correlated with resistance of the cultivars. The contents of HRGP and lignin in resistant cultivar Populus tomentosa Carr.were higher than those in susceptible cultivar Populus×beijingensis Hsu. Accumulation of HRGP was identical with lignin deposition in the course of time after infecation of D. gregaria. The results showed that accumulation of HRGP and lignin deposition in cell wall was related to resistant reaction of poplars to canker,and it was considered a biochemical response of poplar to D.gregaria.
