摘要
研究了VA菌根与外生菌根混合接种对毛白杨盆栽苗生长、P营养、光合及蒸腾特性的影响,并分析了原因。结果表明:在水分供给得到保证的大田条件下,菌根混合接种较单独接种更能促进宿主对P的吸收,VA菌根与外生菌根之间的负交互作用关系在毛白杨菌根混合接种苗的高生长及光合作用方面也明显地表现出来,其中在光合作用方面表现的尤为突出。就各类菌根对宿主光合作用的促进作用而言,VA菌根菌>VA菌根菌+外生菌根菌>外生菌根菌;地球囊霉菌>缩球囊霉菌>硬皮马勃;菌根接种苗木在光合特性方面所表现出的差异主要是由其叶肉细胞在光活性方面的差异引起的;对大多数菌根接种处理来讲,苗木的光合速率与其叶绿素含量之间存在着紧密的相关关系;
Effects of mixed inoculation with VA-and ecto-mycorrhizal fungi on photosynthesis and transpiration by Populus tomentosa in pot culture is studied. The results showed that effect of the mixed mycorrhizal inoculation on the P absorption of the host plant is more than that of signle mycorrhizal inoculation. The negative interactions among VA-and ecto-mycorrhizae is also reflected obviously in height growth and photosynthesis of the host plant when water supply is insured, especially in the photosynthesis. In the case of the promotive effects, the inoculations could be arranged in order of the degree as follows:VA-mycorrhizal fungi>VA-mycorrhizal fungus+ectomycorrhizal fungus; Glomus geosporum>G.constrictum>Sclerodema sp. The differences in photosynthesis by mycorrhizal cuttings might be caused by differences in photoactivenss of the leaf cells. There is a significant correlation between photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of the most mycorrhizal cuttings. The inoculations of VA-mycorrhizal fungi and the mixed inoculations can effectively decrease the photosynthetic water consumption.
