摘要
为了提高重力热管的传热能力,用螺旋槽表面结构来强化重力热管传热,并以水为工质进行了传热特性实验研究。自制热电偶和热管并搭建实验设备,改变加热功率,测得在不同的蒸汽温度下的热管壁温。实验结果表明:以管内等效对流换热系数为评价指标,与普通重力热管相比,螺旋槽重力热管的对流换热系数提高了10%—23%,其中槽深和螺距对传热有很大的影响。
Using spiral groove on the surface to enhance the heat transfer m the gravity neat pipe was proposea. The experimental device was built and thermal power was changed. The wail temperature of the heat pipe under different steam temperature was obtained by the self-made thermocouples. The research of heat transfer was conducted using water as refrigerants. The experimental results show that the heat transfer capacity of the spiral groove gravity heat pipe is 10%-23% higher than that of the ordinary gravity heat pipe, with the equivalent convection heat transfer coefficient as evaluation indicator. The heat transfer is very affected by groove depth and whorl interval.
