注塑成型工艺参数对含熔接痕的PP改性塑件冲击性能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 通过正交试验来确定含有熔接痕的改性聚丙烯(PP)塑件抗冲击性能注塑生产工艺参数,得出了成型工艺参数(熔体温度、充模速度、注射时间、注射压力、保压压力等)对熔接痕的外观及性能的影响程度,并得出可能更优的注塑工艺参数。 Influence of weld lines is important to the impact properties ot the/-llO(lltle(l polypropylene products. Orthogonal experiments were adopted to confirm injection process parameters for such mechanical properties as impact resistance of the modified polypropylene injection-molded parts in weld lines. The causes and effects of such injection process parameters, including melt temperature, mould temperature, the velocity of mould filling, injection time, injection pressure, packing pressure and post-treatment conditions, on the appearance and property of the weld lines were analyzed to improve process parameters for better injection. The specifications of cross section in weld lines of the products were analyzed to illustrate the theory of fracture.
