导赤止血胶囊对膜性肾病大鼠蛋白尿和血尿的影响

Investigate Therapentical Effect of Daochi Zhixue Capsule on Proteinuriia and Hematuria of Membranous Nephropathy Rats

目的:探讨导赤止血胶囊对肾小球疾病蛋白尿、血尿的治疗作用,为临床用药提供依据。方法:采用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白(C-BSA)多次尾静脉注射方法造成大鼠难治性肾病(膜性肾病)模型,测定经导赤止血胶囊不同剂量组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量,血尿程度。结果:导赤止血胶囊能降低膜性肾病大鼠尿蛋白和改善血尿程度。结论:导赤止血胶囊能减轻膜性肾病大鼠蛋白尿、血尿,为治疗肾小球疾病提供实验依据。

Objective ：To investigate the therapeutical effect of Daochi Zhixue capsule on glomerular proteinuria and hematuria and provide the basis for clinical medication. Methods ： The rat model of membranous nephropathy were injected through vena eaudalis eationization bovine serum albumin（ C -BSA） again and again. Then we evaluated the urine protein quantization and the level of hematuria pretherapy and post - treatment by different dosage groups of Daochi Zhixue capsule. Results ：Daochi Zhixue capsule could degrade the urine protein quantization and improve the level of hematuria. Conclusion：Daochi Zhixue capsule can lessen the level of the urine protein quantization and hematuria. The experiment provide the basis for treating the renal glomerular disease.
