复方决明胶囊对准分子激光近视手术后屈光回退干预的临床研究

Clinical research of Fufang-Jueming intervention in LASIK postoperative refraction return

目的观察复方决明胶囊对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）术后屈光回退的影响。方法将46例78只眼，LASIK术后屈光回退患者按年龄随机分成4组，15～20岁为A组12例19只眼，21～40岁为B组16例27只眼，41～60岁为c组11例19只眼，组内空白对照（D组）7例13只眼。各组分别进行双盲随机对照试验，复方决明胶囊治疗和空白对照试验研究，观察治疗前后视力、屈光度、眼压等。结果使用复方决明治疗从视力恢复、屈光度的减低及眼压的控制方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论复方决明用于控制LASIK术后屈光回退具有明确的治疗作用，复方决明胶囊的临床应用具有很好的临床意义。

Objective To observe the effect of Fufang-Jueming on LASIK postoperative refraction return. Methods Seventy-eight eyes were measured. Forty-six subjects who accepted＇LASIK refraction return were randomly divided into four groups according to their age to carry out double-blind randomized controlled trial and to observe the change of vision, diopter, IOP for pre and post-treatment by using Fufang-Jueming. Results There were statistical significance on group eyes by using Fufang-Jueming compared with control. Conclusion Fufang-Jueming has a definite therapeutical effect on controlling the refraction return after LASIK. It has a high applicable value in clinic.
