论情志因素与心身疾病的多重关系

Discuss Multirelation of Psychosomatic Disease and Emotion Aspiration Factor

心身疾病或称心理生理疾患,是介于躯体疾病与神经症之间的一类疾病,中医学很早就认识到心理因素在某种情况下可以引起疾病,并将这一类病因集中概括为情志病因。剖析了情志失调引发心身疾病的原因,导致心身疾病发展变化的机理,以及调摄情志在治疗心身疾病中的作用,从而得出了情志因素与心身疾病之间存在着多重关系的结论。

Psychosomatic disease, also called psychological and physiological disease, is a disease belong to between body disease and neurosis, in TCM opinion, it was realized that psychology factor could cause disease under some kinds of circumstances, and those etiopathogenisises were summarized as emotion and aspiration factor. This paper analyzed the reason that emotion and aspiration disturbance resulted in psychosomatic disease,and the mechanism which caused psy- chosomatic disease to change, and the effect of adjusting emotion and aspiration in treating psychosomatic disease, and got a conclusion that Multirelation were found between psychosomatic disease and emotion and aspiration factor.
