摘要
目的:观察SS、电针腰夹脊穴对AA大鼠细胞免疫功能以及SS对电针作用的影响,探讨SS在针刺免疫调节作用的影响及可能的机制。方法:以AA大鼠为研究对象,应用流式细胞检测法、MTT法、放射免疫法等方法,观察SS和电针对大鼠CD4+、CD8+、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平和脾淋巴细胞转化率等指标的影响。结果:鞘内注射SS和电针可以显著上调AA大鼠CD4+、CD8+、IL-2、LTT水平,下调IL-6、TNF-α的水平,电针可以显著上调AA大鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率。结论:SS是神经-内分泌-免疫网络中的重要介质,SS可能是针刺免疫调节中的一个重要调节点。
Objective: Studying the influence of somatostatin (SS) on FAC - induced hyperalgesia, acupuncture immunity, to explore the influence of SS on the effect of acupuncture regulation of immunity and their possible conjunct mechanism. Methods :The study was designed to observe SS and influence of serum CD4^+, CD8^+, IL- 2, IL- 6, TNF- α, splenic lymphocyte transformation rate, by using methods of flowcytometry, MTT, radioimmunity, on FAC - induced hyperalgesia. Results : Using intrathecal injection and electro - acupuncture, CD4^+, CD8^+ , IL - 2 be improved, IL - 6, TNF - α be decreased, LTT can be enhanced by electro - acupuncture. Conclusion : SS may be an important regulative point on acupuncture regulation of immunity.
