摘要
评述黄芩对不同炎症模型的治疗作用以及其抗炎的作用机制,发现黄芩可不同程度地改善炎症动物模型的表现,对炎症细胞模型的影响作用不同,可从不同环节阻断花生四烯酸通路,抑制细胞因子的分泌、释放和核因子的转录活性,抑制一氧化氮和某些黏附分子的合成,为黄芩抗炎作用的进一步深入研究提供有益的参考。
Summarized Radix Scutellariae's therapeutical effect on different model of infarnmation and mechanism of action on anti - inflammatory, and found that Radix Scutellariae can improve the manifestation about anmal model of inflammation to the extent, and influence inflammatory cell model. It can block arachidonic acid passageway on different links, and suppress cytokine secretion and releasing and nuclear factor's transcription activity, and inhibit the composition of NO and some adhesion molecule, which can provide helpful references for further investigation on it's anti - inflammation action.
