On the Past and the Present Discussion of Traditional Chinese Medicine to Acute Myocardial Infarction Differential Treatment

本文论述了心肌梗死的古今病名变迁,分时期详细阐述了古籍中对心肌梗死病因病机及治法的认识,并对心肌梗死现代中医病因病机作了总结。在现代心肌梗死的治疗中,本文分别论述了中医药在心肌梗死再灌注损伤保护及防治介入术后再狭窄的积极作用,并简要论述了中医药结合干细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死的作用。

This paper discusses the history changes of disease names of Myocardial Infarction,and describes the understandings of Etiological Factors and Pathogenesis, Therapeutic Methods of Acute Myocardial Infarction in classical medicine works at different stages in detail, and summarizes Etiological Factors and Pathogenesis of modern Chinese medicine of Myocardial Infarction. In the course of modern treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction,the protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine to reperfusion therapy for Acute Myocardial Infarction and the positive effect of the prevention and cure of Chinese medicine to the Restenosis after coronary angioplasty are illuminated respectively. This paper gives a brief discussion on the function of Transplantation of Stem Cells for the Treatment of Myocardial Infarction combined with Chinese medicine.
