摘要
研究了60Coγ射线辐照对锥栗果在贮藏过程中的防霉防蛀效果、失水规律及贮藏保鲜的保存率,提出了低剂量(0.5kGy)γ射线辐照、塑料袋包装、低温贮藏(3℃~5℃)的物理保鲜方法。
