高效液相色谱法测定强肾胶囊中2，3，5，4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量

Determination of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbence-2-O-β-D-glucoside from Qiangshen Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立强肾胶囊含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定强肾胶囊中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量。以Shim-pack CLC-ODS(4.6mm×150mm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸(15:85)为流动相,检测波长320nm。结果:2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的回收率为96.9%(n=5),RSD为2.1%。结论:本方法快速,准确,方法的稳定性、重现性良好,可用于强肾胶囊的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of 2,3,5,4＇- tetrahydroxystilbence -2-O-β-D-glucoside from Qiangshen Capsules. Methods：Using Shim -pak CLC -ODS（4. 6mm×150mm） colume and MeOH - 0. 025mol/L H3 PO4 （ 15：85 ） as mobile phase, detecting at 320nm. Results ： The average recovery was 96. 9% （ n = 5 ） and RSD was 2.01%. Conclusion：The method is quick and accurate, and the stability and reproducibility is good, can be used for the quality control of 2,3,5,4＇- tetrahydroxystilbence -2-O-β-D glucoside from Qiangshen Capsules.
