摘要
目的:建立甘草中甘草苷含量的测定方法,并探讨甘草与附子配伍前后甘草苷含量的变化。方法:以甘草苷为对照品,利用紫外可见分光光度法测定甘草中、甘草单煎、及甘草与附子舍煎液中甘草苷的含量。结果:甘草苷在1.4~14μg/mL(r=0.9993)之间呈良好的线性关系;甘草与附子配伍后舍煎比甘草单煎甘草苷的含量降低。结论:本实验中建立的方法操作方便、准确,为甘草生药及含甘草制荆中甘草苷含量测定的一种切实可行的方法。甘草与附子配伍,通过组分和舍降低附子的毒性,甘草苷等黄酮类成分的含量变化为其提供了物质基础上的依据。
Objective:To establish the determination methods of Liquirtin in Licorice, and observe the changes of its content before and after compatibility of Licorice with Aconite. Methods :Taking Liquirtin as reference substance ,to determine Liquirtin which extracted from Licorice with enthanol, decocted from Licorice with water,and extracted from admixture of Licorice with Aconite, by using UV - Vis spectrophotometry. Results :The linear range was obtained between 1.4 ~ 14μg/mL( r = 0.9993 ). And the content of Liquirtin which decocted from admixture of Licorice with Aconite was fewer than that from Licorice individually. Conclusion : This menthod is simple and accurate. It will be a operable method of determining Liquirtin in Licorice and its preparation. The compatibility of Licorice with Aconite reduce the toxicity of Aconite through componentsharmony,and the changes of flavonoids'conent such as Liquirtin is one of its material bases.
