CD4^＋CD8^＋在肺气虚证大鼠肺和皮肤中的表达及其生物学意义

Experimental Study of Expression of CD_4^+ CD_8^+ in Lung and Skin of Rats with Lung Qi-deficiency Syndrome

研究CD4、CD8在肺气虚证大鼠肺和皮肤中的表达,旨在探讨"肺主皮毛"的免疫学基础。采用气熏法制造肺气虚证模型,实验设为模型组和正常对照组。采用S-P免疫组化方法检测皮肤和肺组织中CD4和CD8的表达。结果表明肺气虚证大鼠肺脏和皮肤CD8+细胞均升高(P<0.05);皮肤CD4+细胞发生迁移,但数量没有变化(P>0.05),肺CD4+细胞数量没有变化,二者免疫功能均下降,从免疫学角度证实肺主皮毛理论具有一致性。

Objective ：To study the expression of CD4 CDs in the lung and skin of rats with lung Qi -deficiency syndrome, to demonstrate the consistency on the immunological experiments for the theoretic of ＂the lung is in charge of the skin＂. Methods ：To establish lung Qi - deficiency syndrome model with fuming gating. The rats were divided into the norreal control group and the model group. CD4 and CDs were examined by the S - P immunohistochemical method. Results ： CD8^＋ cell of lung and skin of rats with lung Qi - deficiency syndrome were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; CD4^＋ cell of skin were moved from dermis to epidermis, but the quantity maintained the same. CD4^＋ cell of the lung maintained the same,immune function of two tissues decreased. Conclusion ：The theoretic of the lung is in charge of the skin were identical in the immune sapect.
