摘要
在研究扁平构件几何特点的基础上,分析了常规CT对扁平构件检测过程中出现的问题,提出了非常规CT的扫描方式获得扁平构件的二维投影图像的方法,并推导出非常规CT扫描方式下的滤波反投影重建算法。仿真了常见的扁平物体和物体内部的缺陷,根据滤波反投影重建算法实现扁平物体的三维重建,得到较理想的仿真物体的滤波反投影重建结果。
The problems during inspection process of flat piece applied conventional CT were analyzed based on studying geometric characteristic of flat piece, an unconventional CT scanning method was introduced to obtain a two-dimensional projection image, and a filter back-projection reconstruction algorithm was presented. To demonstrate validity of this method, a common flat piece and flaws were simulated. 3-D image of flat piece was reconstructed based on filter back-projection reconstruction algorithm, and good results were obtained.
