摘要
目的:建立柴黄理气胶囊的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对处方中的柴胡、白芍进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果:用TLC法能检出柴胡、白芍;黄芩苷进样量在80.15—721.35ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率分别为99.08%,RSD=0.83%(n=6)。结论:所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,能有效控制柴黄理气胶囊的质量。
Objective :To establish the quality standard for Chaihuang Liqi capsules. Methods:Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba were identified by TLC ,and the content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results: Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba could be identified by TLC. The determination of Baicalin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 80. 15 ~ 721.35 ng ( r = 0. 9998). The average recovery was 99.08% with RSD of 0.83% .( n = 6 ). Conclusion :The method is simple ,rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Chaihuang Liqi capsules.
