摘要 饲料制粒机一般由送料单元、调质器单元以及制粒单元等部分组成,是饲料机械中的关键设备之一。其中调质器单元属于多变量耦合对象,因而使得饲料制粒机通常只能采取手工操作,生产效率低。建立了调质器单元的双输入双输出数学模型,并进行了解耦设计,对饲料制粒机的自动控制系统设计进行了研究,为了提高控制效果,将预测函数控制技术引入到饲料制粒机的自动控制。实际运行表明,这种控制方法能在正常制粒的同时,实现满负荷运行。 Pellet mill, which usually consists of feeding unit, conditioning tank unit and pelleting unit, is one of the key equipments among feed machinery ones. Its conditioning tank belongs to multi-variable coupled objects, and usually it can only be hand operated with low productive efficiency. Double-input double-output mathematic model for pellet mill conditioning tank was established and decoupling by applying decoupling design was achieved. The pellet mill control system was designed. In order to strength the control effect, predictive functional control (PFC) was used and the effective control of pellet mills was obtained. Practical operation manifests that by this control method, the pellet mill can run at full capacity while palletizing normally.
