摘要
目的:优化草决明中多糖的提取工艺并测定其含量。方法:以多糖的提取含量为评价指标,采用回流提取法,通过正交实验研究不同温度、提取次数、提取时间、料液比对多糖提取量的影响,并筛选出最佳提取条件。结果:提取温度90℃、料液比1:20、提取3次、提取3h为草决明中多糖的最佳提取条件,多糖的含量为15.22%,平均回收率为99.70%,RSD为2.34%。结论:本方法简便、迅速,草决明中多糖含量丰富,为草决明在临床用药的安全性和有效性提供科学依据。
Objective : Optimize Orthogonal design was used to evaluate the influence of different variables affecting the water soluble polysaeeharide of Cassia obtusifolial's extraction technology and determine contents. Methods:Assessment index was extraetlon determination of quereetin. Orthogonal design method and ultrasonic extraction technology were used for studying the effect of different temperature, the rate of solid to solution,ultrasonic time and times for detecting the best ex- traction technical condition. Results:The best extracting technical condition was as follows: 90℃, the rate of solid to solution(1:20), extracted for 3h every time,ultrasonle 3 times ;the contents in Cassia obtusifolial was 15.22 % . The average recovery was 99.70 % , RSD was 2.34%. Conclusion : The method was quick and simple with good repetition , the content of water soluble polysaccharide of Cassia obtusifoliaL was abundant and the results can provide scientific basis of safety and effectiveness for clinical use of Cassia obtusifolial.
