正交设计优选沙苑子总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究沙苑子中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用正交实验法,考察加醇量、提取次数、提取时间、乙醇浓度4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为A2B1C3D3,即药材加乙醇20倍量,提取3次,提取时间1h,乙醇浓度80%。结论:正交实验法优选沙苑子总黄酮的提取工艺简便、快速、准确。 Objective : Study on the extracting flavonoid compounds from Astragalus Flavone. Methods : With dry extract rate and flavonoid content as the inspection indicators, orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extracting factors( ethanol volume, extracting, extraction time and ethanol consistence)on the extracting process. Restdts:The optimum extracting process was A2 B1 C3 D3 ,i. e. The ethanol volume being 20 times of the weight of medicinal material, extraction for three times and 1 hours each time, and 80% ethanol consistence. Conclusion:Optimization of extracting process for Astragalus Flavone by orthogonal test is a simple,quick and accurate method.
