中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎100例

Treatment Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of 100 Cases Patients with Herpes Simplex Virus Keratitis

目的:观察名老中医张望之先生经验方"清热退翳丸"联合1%阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(50例),对照组予1%阿昔洛韦点眼,治疗组在对照组用药基础上予中药"清热退翳丸"内服。结果:治疗组治愈率和复发率分别为97%和7.14%,对照组的治愈率和复发率为92%和30.43%,两组相比治愈率无显著性差异(P>0.05),复发率有显著性差异(P<0.05);疗程时间两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎,采用中药清热退翳丸联合西药1%阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗见效快,复发率低。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Tuiyi Pill, which was created by famous traditional chinese physician- ZHANG Wangzhi, combining 1% Aiclovir Eye Drops in the treatment herpes simplex virus keratitis, Methods ：150 cases were divided into therapeutic group （100 cases） and control group （50 cases）, The control group was given 1% Aiclovir Eye Drops;besides the drug used by the control group, the therapeutic group was also given Chinese herbs Qingre Tuiyi Pill. Results：The curative rate and the recurrence rate of the therapeutic group were 97% and 7.14% respectively, and that of the control group were 92% and 30.43 %. There was no significant diference （ P 〉 0.05 ） of the effective rates between the two groups, and the diferences（ P 〈 0.05 ）of the recurrence rates and the treatment time of the two groups were significant, Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Tuiyi Pill and western medicine 1% Aiclovir Eye Drops has a better effect on the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis with quick effect and low recurrence rate.
