摘要
针对采用点对点通信结构的数控加工实训平台,存在通信不畅、NC程序存储数量和大小受限及文件管理混乱的问题,提出对数控机床与上层控制计算机的有效集成和实现数控设备的分布式控制与管理的解决方案。通过典型案例应用,对推进现代加工技术的实训工作网络化,具有很强的示范意义。
Taking into account the problems in numerical control machining training platform with P-to-P communication architecture, in which there are lower communication speed, limitation of NC program memory capacity, and document management confusion, the solving scheme was proposed in which NC machine tools and upper control computer was integrated effectively, and distribu- tion control and management of NC equipments was realized. The proposed scheme was applied in the platform, which possesses demonstration significance for Dromoting the networked training Drogram of modern machining techniaue.
