对纺织染色行业的PLC温度自动控制系统进行深入的研究。分析染色机温度控制的原理及温度对染色工艺的影响,介绍以欧姆龙PLC为核心的染色机温度控制系统,详细描述PLC的硬件组成、软件流程、通讯方式与人机接口以及系统功能实现。
The temperature automatic control system by PLC in textile dyeing industry was studied. The principles of temperature control and the effect of temperature on dyeing were analyzed, and a temperature control system of dyeing machine based on PLC of OMRON was presented. The constitute of hardware, the flow of software, the interface of man-machine and the functions of system were described.
