摘要
研究了一种应用在660V供电系统中的无功补偿装置上的复合开关,分析了复合开关的构成和工作原理以及它在供电系统无功补偿装置投切过程中的作用,介绍了复合开关投切控制电路的结构及实现电容在电压过0时投入、电流过0时切除的工作过程,并且使用仿真软件Matlab和Multisim对主电路和控制电路进行仿真,建立了相应的仿真模型。通过对仿真结果的分析比较,验证了复合开关的优越性,以及对晶闸管施加电压过零触发脉冲的必要性。
A compound switch was designed which is applied in the reactive power compensation device in 660V power supply system. The work principle and structure of the compound switch were analyzed, its function used in the reactive power compensation device was described, the structure of control circuit and how to complete the work process : threw in the power supply system when the capacity voltage is through zero, cut off from the power supply system when it's current is through zero were introduced. Matlab and Multisim were used to simulate the main circuit and the control circuit, corresponding simulation model was builded. Through analyzing and comparing the results of simulation, the advantages of the compound switch and the necessary to exert the pulse to trigger the thyristors when the capacity voltage is through zero was proved.
