三相功率因数校正电路及其控制系统的仿真研究

摘要 对一种由SCR相控整流和IGBT斩波构成的三相电流型PWM整流器进行了研究。建立了基于开关函数的电路数学模型,分析了该电路PWM调制原理和借助于IGBT实现SCR换流的过程,设计了该电路的控制系统结构和参数,构建了电路系统的MATLAB仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该电路可以实现三相功率因数校正,使电流波形趋于正弦波,功率因数近似为1。 A three-phase current-mode PWM rectifier composed of the SCR phased rectifier and IGBT chopper are studied. Based on the establishment of the circuit switching function mathematical model, a detailed analysis is made of the circuit PWM modulation theory, and with the help of IGBT the SCR commutation is achieved. The circuit control system structure and parameters are designed, and the circuit system MATLAB simulation model is constructed. The simulation results show that the three-phase power factor correction can be realized in this circuit,whereby making the current waveform tend to become sinusoidal waveform, and power factor close to 1.
