摘要
用2,4-二羟基苯乙酮合水杨酰肼配体系列化合物来处理水稻幼苗,分析它们对细胞活性的影响及对抗氧化酶系的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。生物活性测试的结果表明,部分化合物在浓度为0.1~100ppm时能促进细胞的活性;SOD酶和POD酶活力测试的结果表明.部分化合物在浓度为0.1~100ppm时对两种氧化酶的活性有不同程度的促进作用。这说明化合物对水稻幼苗生长的影响可能是通过对水稻幼苗SOD酶和POD酶的活力影响的结果。
In this paper, a series of mental coordination compounds of 2,4 - dihydroxyacetophenone binding Salicydrazide were used to deal with rice seedins, to analysis their impact on cell activity, Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Peroxidase (POD) activity, the results of biological performances showed that some of the compounds in the concentration of 0.1 - 100 ppm can promote cell activity. The test results of SOD and POD activity showed that some of the compounds in low concentration (0.1 - 100 ppm) have varying, degrees of promoting on the two antioxidase activity. This shows that the impact on the growth of rice seedings may be passed on affecting activities of SOD and POD.
