摘要 用SiO2为载体,在4种不同温度下分别负载硅钨杂多酸和磷钨杂多酸,以正丁醇和冰乙酸为原料,催化合成乙酸正丁酯。探讨了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂的用量、反应时间和反应温度对酯化率的影响。结果表明,反应最佳条件为:醇酸物质的量比1∶1,催化剂用量为原料量的1%,反应温度120℃,反应时间5 h;在180℃下SiO2负载的SiW12催化效果最好,催化剂在重复使用3次的情况下活性无明显下降。 The eight kinds of heteropolyacids are supported by SiO2 at four kinds of temperature, then the n-butyl acetate is synthesized catalystically from butanol and glacial acetic acid. The influences of molar ratio of butanol to glacial acetic acid, dosage of catalyst, reaction time and reaction temperature on the esterification ratio are discussed. The results indicate that the best reaction conditions are that molar ratio butanol to acetic acid is 1 : 1, the dosage of catalyst is 1 % of the materials gross, the reaction temperature is 120℃, and the reaction time is 5 h. The effect of the SiW12/SiO2 catalyst which is supported by SiOz at 180℃ is the best. The catalytic activity has no obvious descent after reused three times.
