摘要 后张法预应力施工工艺在安康市花园大道工程项目花园沟桥现浇箱梁施工中得到了有效应用,采用柳州产欧维姆YDC2800kN-100型内卡式千斤顶,按照预张拉、初张拉、终张拉三个阶段进行张拉,设置反拱控制预应力对箱梁线形的影响,保证了梁体的平顺性。真空辅助压浆技术的应用,解决了后张法预应力体系中孔道灌浆不饱满、不密实的问题,从而提高了预应力结构和构件的安全性和耐久性。 Post-tensioning method prestressed construction technology has been availably applied in cast-in-situ box girders construction for Garden-ditch Bridge in Garden Road project of Ankang City. Adopting Ouweimu YDC2800kN-100 type inner clip jack produced in Liuzhou, according to the three phases of pre-tensioning, initial-tensioning and final-tensioning to carry through tension. Setting inverted arch to control the impact of prestressing on box girders, which ensured the ride comfort of girders. The application of vacuum-assisted grouting technology has settled the problems that grouting of pore canal is not full and not dense in post-tensioning method prestressed system, consequently, the security and durability of prestressed structures and prestressed components.
