摘要 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血清胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys C)与急性脑梗死的关系。方法测定40例急性脑梗死患者和40例同龄健康人血中Hcy、Cys C水平。结果急性脑梗死患者血中Hcy、Cys C水平显著高于健康对照,Pearson相关分析显示急性脑梗死组(CI)与健康对照(Con)组血中Hcy、Cys C水平均无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血Hcy、Cyc C水平显著升高,可能均为脑梗死发生发展的独立危险因素。 Objective To explore the changes of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) and serum cystatin C (Cys C) in acute cerebral infarction patients and to assess their applications. Methods Contents of plasma Hcy and serum Cys C of 40 acute cerebral infarction patients and 40 healthy subjects were determined by using chemiluminescence and turbidimetric immunoassay respectively. Results Compared with healthy subjects, concentrations of plasma Hcy and serum Cys C increased significantly in the patients (P〈0.01), and Pearson correlation analysis revealed that Hcy didn't show significantly inverse association with that of Cys C in cases or controls(P〉0.05). Conclusions It suggested both the Hcy and Cys C in blood may be the independent risk factors of cerebral infarction.
