我国运动员社会保障体系的重构思考——以美日韩为参照

Thinking of the Social Care System for Our Sportsmen——Referring to the USA,Japan and South Korea

现行运动员社会保障体系存在一些弊端,制约了我国竞技体育的发展。为完善我国的运动员社会保障体系,在充分借鉴美国、日本、韩国健全的运动员社会保障体系的基础上,结合我国的国情,对我国运动员社会保障体系的重构提出了几点见解。

There exist certain problems in the current social security system for sportsmen; as a result the development of our athletic sports is hindered. Based on borrowed experience from the sound social security system for sportsmen in the USA, Japan and South Korea and taking into consideration of our national condition, this article proposes several points for reconstructing and perfecting the social security system for our sportsmen.
