我国高校高水平运动队普及化发展进程中的问题与对策

Problems in the Popularization Process of High-Level Athletic Teams in Our Higher-Learning Institutions and Their Countermeasures

采用文献资料法和问卷法,对我国高校高水平运动队在普及化发展进程中所面临的问题进行了探讨和分析。结果表明:普通高校办高水平运动队这一"体教结合"模式已取得一定成绩,但同时又存在"三个跟不上"和"三个盲目性"的问题。即在办队理念、制度建设、教练员队伍建设、经费投入等方面跟不上高校高水平运动队普及化发展进程;高水平运动队在发展规模与速度;项目设置以及怎样融入国家竞技体育主渠道;场馆建设等方面存在着盲目性。针对这些问题,提出了未来我国高校高水平运动队发展应采取的对策。

In this article, literature review and questionnaire are employed to discuss and analyze the problems in the popularization process of high - level athletic teams in our higher - learning institutions. Research findings indicate that as a model of ＂combing sports with teaching＂ , the practice to run high - level athletic teams in our higher - learning institutions has reaped certain rewards, hut at the same time, there exists problems of ＂three lag - behinds＂ and ＂three blinds＂. The notion for team -running, regulation construction, referee team construction, capital input.., lag behind the popularization process of high - level athletic teams in our higher - learning institutions ; high - level athletic teams are blind concerning their developing scale and speed, event designation, gym construction and the way to work up into the main channel of nation athletle sports. Finally, countermeasures for the future development of high - level athletic teams in our higher -learning institutions are proposed.
