摘要
本文对ESS-010-03电子直线加速器辐照处理水果中的检疫性害虫的适用性进行了研究，确定用400Gy的处理剂量能够有效杀灭水果中的橘小实蝇2—3龄幼虫，获得很好的处理效果，并对经过处理的13种水果的多项理化指标及风味检测研究证明，400Gy的处理剂量不会对水果产生不良影响，确认该装置用400Gy辐照剂量能作为水果检疫处理的方法。
The fruits infested with third instar larvae were irradiated by using electron accelerator irradiation system （ESS-010-03 ） and a doses of 200 Gy and 400 Gy to assess the irradiation dose required to prevent adult emergence of the oriental fruit fly （Bactrocera clorsalis）. Dose of 400 Gy is the best choice to treat fruits. Thirteen kinds of fruits were treated by using electron accelerator irradiation system （ESS- 010 -03 ） in doses of 400 Gy and 1000 Gy. The quality of the fruits treated in 400 Gy was not damaged. A dose of 400 Gy is recommended as a quarantine treatment against potential infestation of the orient fruit fly in fruits by using electron accelerator irradiation System （ESS -010 -03）.
