摘要
兖矿国宏化工有限责任公司500 kt/a甲醇项目甲醇合成装置采用华东理工大学"绝热-管壳外冷复合式反应器"专利技术。本文通过采用拟均相一维数学模型进行分析,提出可行性技术方案,确定了双塔并联式甲醇合成反应器的工艺设计及设备设计。此项目已于2007年底建成并成功投入试生产。
The licensed patent technology--heat insulated tube-shell reactor for methanol synthesis licensed by East China University of Science and Technology is introduced into synthesis reactor of 500 kt/a methanol plant in Yankuang Guohong Chemical Co., Ltd. Through analysis on one dimension quasi-homogeneous phase mathematic model, this paper presents the feasible scheme. Based on that, the synthetic reactor with paralleled two-tower process can be designed. The project had already been finished at the end of 2007 and successully put through trial operation.
