摘要
结合干气密封在甲醇合成压缩机组中的成功应用,介绍了干气密封的结构及基本工作原理、密封结构的选型以及操作控制系统的流程和操作方法。说明了干气密封在日常运行中的维护及操作中的注意事项。针对我公司干气密封使用过程中出现的问题提出了具体的整改措施。
Combining the application of dry gas seals on centrifugal compressor for methanol syngas, this paper introduces the structure, basic working principle, and some suggestions for seal structure selection and operation control. Some cautions in operation and maintenance are presented, followed by some problems occurred in Yankuan Guotai Chemical Co., Ltd and solutions.
