摘要 文章论述了基于ARM嵌入式技术的牙椅控制系统。系统硬件电路以32位ARM处理器S3C44B0X作为核心,通过SPI与ATmega16芯片通信,构成双CPU模块协同控制。软件以嵌入式uC/OS-II操作系统作为实时多任务内核,设计了7个功能任务,并通过信号量进行各任务通信。实验证明该牙椅控制系统具有良好的可靠性、通用性、实时性、可扩展性和较高的性价比,很好地满足了口腔疾病的诊疗需求。 The paper analyses the control system of dental chair based on embedded ARM technology. The hardware circuit based on 32-bits ARM MCU S3C44BOX, which communicates with ATmegal 6 by SPI and constructs pair of CPUs, cooperates and control. The multitasking real-time kernel of the software is the embedded operating system uC/OS- Ⅱ, designs seven tasks in the system and each task communicates by signal flag. The dental chair control system has been proved that it has fine reliability, general availability, real-time nature and augment ability, can meet with mouth disease medical treatment.
