摘要
随着经济全球化的不断加速和西安市的不断发展,在西安市,大型超市、专业性大卖场等新的商业业态和专业化的连锁店在远离城市传统商业中心的地区出现,新商业空间正在形成。西安市新商业空间在区位选择性、业态分异性、交通指向性、弱圈层结构性等方面具有鲜明的特点,新商业空间的形成主要受经济全球化、交通的发展、政府政策的导向、商业利润的驱使、消费群体的需求等动力机制带动。
With the acceleration of economic globalization and the continuous development of Xi'an, the new commercial shape, for examples, large supermarkets, hypermarkets, and other professional and specialized chains emerge far away from the traditional business center of the city. The new commercial space is taking shape. Xi'an new commercial space has distinctive features at regional selective, format diversity, traffic at and ring of the weak. Economic globalization, traffic development,leading of government policy, driving of commercial margin, needing of consumer groups and other dynamic mechanisms promote the new commerce's forming.
