摘要
利用加表面活性剂(聚乙二醇)的缓冲溶液法制备β相纳米氢氧化镍。研究了pH值及表面活性剂用量对样品纳米氢氧化镍颗粒度及松装密度的影响。结果表明:粒度与松装密度随着pH值的增大先减小后增大,随表面活性剂的比例增大而单调减小,pH值约为10.5时,松装密度达最小值。TEM观察表明,纳米氢氧化镍的微观形貌呈针形。
The paper describes the process of making β phase nano Ni(OH)2 using buffer solution with surfacrant(polyethylene glycol) adding, studies the influence of pH value and surfactant dosing on sampling nano Ni (OH)2 particle size and apparent density. The result shows that the size and accumulate density are decreasing with pH value increasing to a certain level and then increasing. They are in single decrease with the proportion of surfactant dosing increase. When pH value is 10.5, the apparent density is at minimum level. TEM shows that the micro-figure of nano nickel hydroxide looks like needle.
