摘要
20世纪70、80年代以来，亚洲地区（主要是东亚）的经济取得了巨大的发展，而“亚洲经济奇迹”又引起了诸多学者对于“亚洲模式”的广泛关注和思考。与此相应的是“亚洲价值观”一词被广泛提及。随着东南亚地区一体化的进程加快，东盟地区价值观的建构也逐渐引起学界注意。本文拟在东盟价值观的界定、东盟价值观建构的历史渊源与现实基础、东盟价值观的实践等三方面做些探讨，为推动学术界对这一问题的研究尽一份心力。
ASEAN is one of the important multilateral regional cooperation organizations,whose cooperation is based on the common values. That is to say, the common culture identity is the basis and impetus for the fulfillment of regional cooperation.This paper first defines the concept of ASEAN values,then analyzes the historical origins of ASEAN values and realistic factors of affecting its construction.Besides, this paper also gives an essential explanation on the practice of ASEAN values in the fields of politics, economy and security.
