摘要
单片机在工业控制中的应用面越来越广,但单片机应用的发展却未跟上单片机技术的发展。以KG9701为例,全面分析目前流行的煤矿传感器的结构,并就煤矿传感器中广泛使用的核心单片机89C51与AVR单片机做充分对比后,阐明运用AVR单片机设计矿用传感器的思路与传感器结构,提出基于AVR单片机设计的煤矿智能设备具有更好的性能和较低的成本,是煤矿传感器设计的首选器件。
Single chip are more and more widely used in industrial control,while the development of application doesn't keep up with their technical development. In this essay,KG9701 as an example,the author analyses the popular sensors' structure used in coal mines. After full comparison of AVR single chip computer and 89C51 ,the widely used core sensor single chip,the designing idea and structure of AVR single chip computer used as a coal mine sensor is illustrated,the AVR microcontroller as the priority as coal mine sensor is offered,because of their better performance and lower cost.
