摘要

Inhalational anesthetics may provide protection against renal ischemia/reperfusion injury through the following mechanisms- directly affect the sub - lethal density of fluoride, activate the renal cortical spingomylinase cascade and inhibit the activity of PLA2 in kidney, influence the mitogen -activated protein kinases (MAPKs), moderate immune reaction, and upregulate the synthesis of HSP - 70 in kidney. The role of the change in renal blood flow and the activation of the KATe channel in kidney is not considered to be linked with this protection.
