Postsynaptic density (PSD) is a kind of ‘density' which is visible in the electron microscope at the postsynaptic membrane. The ‘density' includes a lot of receptors and kinases binding on some scaffold proteins. Amang of PSD, NMDA receptor, CaMKIII, PSD -93 and PSD -95 may play an important role in pain occurrence, maintenance and management, themself may have the ‘ delicacy' modulation on each other.
