摘要
通过大系统理论中的A.D.HALL矩阵理论对水利水电工程进行了研究,建立了水利水电系统工程A.D.HALL活动矩阵图。对复杂的水利水电系统工程,通过构建A.D.HALL活动矩阵,建立起水利水电A.D.HALL活动矩阵中各元素AIJ与实际水利水电工程各个建设阶段之间的对应关系,将水利水电系统工程的研究转化为系统研究。通过对矩阵图中矩阵元素的研究,掌控水利水电工程的进展状况,做到从系统高层对整个水利水电枢纽工程进行全局控制的目标。
Based on A. D. HALL matrix theory of large-scale system, the water conservancy and hydropower projects are studied herein and the active-matrix plot concerned is established, by which the corresponding relationship between all the AIJ elements in A. D. HALL active matrix and all the actual construction phases of the projects are made up for the complicated water conservancy and hydropower projects while constructing the active matrix, and then the studies on the projects are converted into the systemic ones. In this way, the target of the overall control from the high-level system on the entire project concerned can be got through the study on the elements of the matrix in the plot.
