摘要
水利水电工程中的液压启闭机油缸一般都处于较为恶劣和复杂的环境中,因此对其活塞杆的防腐蚀、耐磨损性能要求很高,而传统的活塞杆表面镀铬工艺效果并不理想。简要介绍了陶瓷活塞杆液压缸可以实现高精度行程检测的结构特点、良好的耐腐蚀和耐磨损性能,以及国产陶瓷活塞杆液压缸的研发、设计和在白沙滩泵站输水总干渠扩建工程中的试用情况。
The hydraulic cylinders of hoists for the water works and hydropower projects usually operate in harsh and complicated environments and then the requirements on the corrosion and abrasion resistances are higher; however, the traditional technology for chrome-plating on the surface of the piston rod is not so perfect. The development and design of a domestically-made hydraulic cylinder with ceramic-coating piston-rod and the trial application of it to the extension project of main water conveyance canal of Baishatan Pumping Station are briefly described herein, and then the structural features to realize the stroke-check of higher pre- cision and the better corrosion and abrasion resistances are introduced as well,
