铅酸蓄电池充电与保护集成电路的设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对蓄电池充电和保护电路的分离及占用较大的面积等问题,采用CSMC公司0.6μm互补型金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)212艺,设计集蓄电池充电和保护功能于一身的集成电路.它既可以实现对免维护铅酸蓄电池的浮充充电及过充、过放、过流保护,也可以解决分立元件构成的电路占用面积大的问题.采用Cadence中的Spectre对电路进行模拟仿真,结果表明,当温度在-10-90℃范围内,基准电压随温度的变化呈抛物线的形状,电路的温度得到很好的补偿. The charger and protector of the storage battery are independent each other at present, and also wasting lots of area. This paper introduces an IC integrated with the abilities of charging and protecting, with the CSMC 0. 6μm model. The IC not only achieves the float-charging and the protection of over-charging, over-discharging, and over-discharging current, but also solves the problem of wasting of area which caused by the independent elements. The electrocircuit is simulated by using the Spectre tools of Cadence. The result shows that the reference voltage varing in parabola with the temperature and the temperature of the circuit compensated well as the temperature between -10-90 degrees.
