摘要
采用溶液培养法,在不同浓度Cd单一及Cd+Se复合污染下,对玉米体内叶绿素、脯氨酸、丙二醛,以及对超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性的动态变化进行测定.结果表明,Cd胁迫下,玉米叶片中脯氨酸质量比增加,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶的活性出现失衡现象,丙二醛质量摩尔浓度增加;根部活性氧消除系统平衡未被打破,丙二醛质量摩尔浓度保持在一个较低的水平.加入0.05 mmol.L-1Se能缓解低浓度Cd对叶绿素、脯氨酸质量比,以及Cd对玉米体内抗氧化物酶的毒害作用.
The paper mainly studied the effects of different concentration of Cd single and Cd+Se(0. 05 mmol · L^-1) combined pollution on dynamics of chlorophyll, proline, malondialdehyde and SOD, POD, CAT in corn seedling using the solution culture method. The results indicated that, Cd stress caused the increase of proline content, and the imbalance of SOD, POD, CAT activity, thus caused malondialdehyde molality increased in leaves. But in roots, the active oxygen elimination system was still balanced, so malondialdehyde molality kept a low level. The addition of Se (0. 05 mmol· L^-1 ) could alleviate the toxicity of low concentration Cd on chlorophyll, proline mass ratio and Cd on antioxidant enzyme.
