摘要
探讨临床针刺治痛穴位的确定和针具的选择。从临床痛证证型出发,分析治痛穴位特点、临床各种针具的特点。临床痛证以虚实为纲,治痛穴位可分为阿是穴、反阿是穴、正反穴,对应地选择适宜针具。
The determination of points and the selection of needling instruments for clinical acupuncture treatment of pain are explored.From the clinical types of pain syndrome,an analysis is made of the characteristics of pain-treating points and various needling instruments.Deficiency and excess are the key to clinical pain syndrome.Pain-treating points can be classified into Ashi points,Counter-ashi points and Fanzhi points.Correspondingly,a suitable needling instrument is selected.
